Tec has been the leader of infrared technology since the 70’s, they released their patented infrared grill in 1980, and they have been innovating ever since. Along the way they realized that there was a need not only for an infrared grill that could produce steakhouse style searing, they can all do that.. One that could actually produce great low and slow cooking as well, and in their patio fr series that is what we have.
