Hi, I’m Chef Tony Matassa, in this video we are checking out a super unique grill in the barbeque world, this is the Hasty Bake. It’s been made in the United States since 1948. This particular grill is for the person who likes to use charcoal, but wants that accuracy & control to where they can bake, steam, smoke, grill, sear, you name it, you can do it in this with charcoal, let’s have a look inside. The hasty bake gourmet grill features a spacious top rack that can be used as a warming rack, or additional room to smoke food. It slides out for easy removal when not needed. The main cooking area of the Hasty Bake Gourmet measures 19 inches deep by 28 inches wide, and can comfortably grill 24 burgers at time. The cooking grids are stainless steel, and they angle towards the center, so that they direct drippings to this grease trough beneath them.Grease collected in the trough runs through this hole on the left side of the grill, and into this grease pan, making for easy cleanup.
