Today I wanna talk to you about the P500RSIB-1, by Napoleon Grills. (woosh) The P500RSIB-1 is an update to Napoleon's P500RSIB, with some great additions that make this must-have grill even better. Let's begin with Napoleon's legendary cooking system. The P500RSIB-1 features four 304 stainless steel burners that produce 12,000 BTUs apiece. Each burner is lit by Napoleon's jet-fire ignition which ensures consistent lighting time after time. Next you'll find Napoleon's patented sear-plate system which raises every other stainless steel plate to ensure even temperatures across the cooking grate. The cooking grates themselves are seven millimeter thick 304 stainless steel and feature Napoleon's classic wave design which creates more surface contact with the meat for even cooking. The main cooking grate measures 28 inches wide by 18 inches deep, giving you 500 square inches of cooking surface. This is enough room to grill 20 four-inch hamburgers at once with enough space around the burgers to allow them to cook evenly. The P500RSIB-1 includes both rear and side infrared burners. The rear infrared burner puts out 18,000 BTUs allowing you to dial-in the perfect temperature while roasting meats on the included rotisserie system. The infrared side burner though is the real star of the show, with 14,000 BTUs which will push out 1800 degrees to sear meats. But with Napoleon's precise controls you can turn the infrared burner down to be used as a standard side burner for preparing sides, sauces and more. One feature that puts Napoleon leaps and bounds ahead of the competition is the ability to drop in their cast iron charcoal and smoker tray and cook with charcoal directly inside the grill's main chamber. This is a feature that until now has been reserved for grills costing five times as much. The P500RSIB-1's cooking system is rounded off with an Accuprobe lid thermometer which gives temperature readings more accurate than most hood thermometers we've seen. Clean-up is simple with a pull-out tray located in the front of the grill, which means you won't need to move the grill away from your deck railing to clean it up. The P500RSIB-1 is incredibly well built, which is obvious not only when you look at it but when you get your hands on it. This is a sturdy grill that will last years outside without issue. The double-walled cast aluminum tub allows for high-temperature cooking, as it keeps more heat in than less efficient single-wall designs. This grill features Napoleon's LIFT EASE lid, and its roll-top design means that you have zero clearance at the back of the grill, allowing the grill to fit in tight areas if space is limited. The P500RSIB-1 sits on a powder-coated galvanized steel base that features double stainless steel access doors. When opened you can see that the propane version of the grill includes a reinforced tank holder which will keep the tank solidly in place. Finally, the stainless steel side shelves feature integrated tool hooks and condiment storage while the right shelf easily folds down to save space. The control panel in the P500RSIB-1 features soft-touch knobs that are comfortable and allow you to easily dial-in the desired temperature. The front panel includes Napoleon's stay-cool controls, where air moves behind the control panel keeping the knobs and surface cool for the safety of yourself, your children or your pets. With Napoleon's President's Limited Lifetime warranty, the P500RSIB-1 is built to last you years of cooking enjoyment. Thank you for watching and if you have any questions about this grill or any of the other grills in the Napoleon lineup, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team.
Hi, I'm Chef Tony Matassa. Today we're checking out these three weber kettles, and although they look fairly similar, they have some different features. So we'll take a closer look at that because we get a lot of questions on that and hopefully we can answer those. To my far right we have Weber's original kettle, this is the original premium, and of course to my left we have weber's master touch kettle. We'll begin with the original.... Which is available in 18 inches as well as 22 inch models. The exterior of the kettle is Porcelain enameled steel, allowing the grill to resist corrosion, and the two exterior handles are glass reinforced nylon, wich is also perfect for resisting the elements. For temperature control, the lid features a no rust aluminum vent, allowing you to create the perfect environment from searing to smoking. Let's take a look at the inside, the cooking grids are plated steel, and each side features a handle for easy removal. Below the co...

Hi my name's Russell and I'm the owner of Riverside Garden Centre, we stock the biggest range of Weber barbecues and tools. Weber have now brought out their new range of Weber Q barbecues they're very similar to last year, just more stylish unlike me which is getting older. They've brought out the Weber Q1400 bbq which is the electric, and it is the only electric that which they do which is perfect for those balconies in London, because most flats in London are restricted on gas they're not allowed to have gas on the balconies only electric so this is where we sell a lot of these. Then we've got the Weber Q1000 bbq again nice little compact barbecue and has a small gas cylinder again a little extra for these, you can buy add-on shelf units for both of these barbecues if you require.Going onto the Weber Q1200 bbq which is very similar to the Weber Q1000 has the shelves built in and still the little gas bottle. Then we go onto the Weber Q2200 bbq which, is probabl...
