Hi my name's Russell and I'm the owner of Riverside Garden Centre, we stock the biggest range of Weber barbecues and tools. Weber have now brought out their new range of Weber Q barbecues they're very similar to last year, just more stylish unlike me which is getting older. They've brought out the Weber Q1400 bbq which is the electric, and it is the only electric that which they do which is perfect for those balconies in London, because most flats in London are restricted on gas they're not allowed to have gas on the balconies only electric so this is where we sell a lot of these. Then we've got the Weber Q1000 bbq again nice little compact barbecue and has a small gas cylinder again a little extra for these, you can buy add-on shelf units for both of these barbecues if you require.Going onto the Weber Q1200 bbq which is very similar to the Weber Q1000 has the shelves built in and still the little gas bottle. Then we go onto the Weber Q2200 bbq which, is probably thirty percent bigger again very nice barbecue bigger shelves, new style of thermometer, very stylish new hangin facility there for the tools as we've got here, then also with a permanent cart. Then we go onto the Weber Q3200 bbq which is again, a much bigger barbecue as a standard fitting it comes with the warming rack, the light unit and has the central burner as well as the ring burner, again in a permanent cart, electronic ignition absolutely ideal for a family barbecue, a very popular barbecue. So I'd like to show you some of the key features on the range of the Weber Q's, and one of them is the trip tray, which is absolutely brilliant simply slides underneath all the fat and all your debris drops into there and when you're finished with it, throw it away. The other thing that we've been asking Weber for some years is a warming rack for the range of the Weber Q2200 and finally they've got it and it's here so it's an extra, but it's well worth buying. Going on to the cast iron cooking grate which is absolutely superb, it is covered through the whole range of the Weber Q barbecues even the electric absolutely fantastic. So we got the Weber Q1200 and the Weber Q2200 and the Weber Q3200 cooking plates, and you can see there's about 30 percent difference in sizing. One of the key features between these two barbecues is that the Weber Q1200 has the higher lid, so it's perfect if you want to do roasting. This little trivet here which will be absolutely perfect, sit your roast there job done. Now the other key feature on this barbecue is the little gas bottles which is great, absolutely great if you want to take this barbecue to the beach or picnicking it is absolutely perfect. If you're in the situation and you want to use in the garden then you can buy the conversion kit, which will allow you to put that onto the largest bottle and that makes it more efficient for you and much more economical.
Hi, I'm Chef Tony Matassa. Today we're checking out these three weber kettles, and although they look fairly similar, they have some different features. So we'll take a closer look at that because we get a lot of questions on that and hopefully we can answer those. To my far right we have Weber's original kettle, this is the original premium, and of course to my left we have weber's master touch kettle. We'll begin with the original.... Which is available in 18 inches as well as 22 inch models. The exterior of the kettle is Porcelain enameled steel, allowing the grill to resist corrosion, and the two exterior handles are glass reinforced nylon, wich is also perfect for resisting the elements. For temperature control, the lid features a no rust aluminum vent, allowing you to create the perfect environment from searing to smoking. Let's take a look at the inside, the cooking grids are plated steel, and each side features a handle for easy removal. Below the co...
I want to be able to explain to you today the difference between the Weber Q100 right up to the Weber Q320. This is the Weber Q140 electric, absolutely fantastic barbecue. Simply cooks the same as the gas but has an electric element. Absolutely ideal for those balcony areas in London, simply plug in and start cooking. We come onto the Weber Q100 with the cast iron griddle the simple gas bottle absolutely perfect for the beach and those picnic areas and also a barbecue at home. We now come to the Weber Q120. As you can see, it's got the thermostat on the front two nice side shelves same principle as the Weber Q100, but has the bottle which fits into the side. The beauty with this barbecue, not only can you take onto the beach is ideal for those gardens at home but if you want you can transfer it onto large gas bottle by simply buying the conversion kit. We come to the Weber Q220 it has the same thermostat as the Weber Q120 and the side shelves. Still remaining with the cast iron grid...
