ProFire Indoor Infrared Gas Grill Review & Cooking

Hi, I’m Chef Tony Matassa with BBQGuys.com, in today’s video we will answer the question.. How do I grill indoors? Today we are checking out Profire’s Prosear Gas Infrared indoor grill. Let’s have a look! The cooking grids measure 21 ⅜ wide X 15 1/8 Inches deep, and can grill up to 13 4-inch round hamburgers at a time. The cooking grids are stainless steel rods, which are great for retaining heat for searing, and maximizing durability. Below the cooking grids you will find Profire’s infrared burner, which will have you cooking steakhouse quality meals in the comfort of your own kitchen. Grilling on the Profire indoor grill means you don’t have to ever let the weather outside keep you from grilling! Cooking over an infrared burner means all of those drippings will be vaporized back into your food, adding moisture and flavor.Infrared is perfect for grilling any night of the week, because this grill will be preheated in only about 5 minutes. You will also find infrared cooks your food quicker than conventional burners, while allowing your food to retain more moisture. When installing the Profire Indoor grill, make sure to also leave room for installing a vent hood properly rated for it’s use. For more cooking versatility, Profire even offers a griddle accessory, perfect for cooking eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Other nice features include electronic push and turn ignition, an included stainless steel cover, and heat shield…. For easy cleaning, the interior panels are removable and dishwasher safe. Hi, I'm Chef Tony Matassa. Today we're checking out these three weber kettles, and although they look fairly similar, they have some different features. So we'll take a closer look at that because we get a lot of questions on that and hopefully we can answer those. To my far right we have Weber's original kettle, this is the original premium, and of course to my left we have weber's master touch kettle. We'll begin with the original....
